Industrious
EQ Office engaged SAA to be the Architect of Record for Industrious, a co-working space which has many locations all over Los Angeles. This Playa District location had a previously designed set of drawings in which my team had to translate into a new set of construction documents and provide our construction administration services for. The program includes cafe/lounge spaces, meeting rooms, a wellness room, phone rooms, and varying sized office suites. My responsibilities for this project included going on site visits, attending weekly construction meetings, supervising the construction process, work on submittals and complete a punch list. I worked meticulously with the Industrious team to bring their design standards/requirements to reality, which gave way to a truly aesthetically pleasing and functional space.
